Meet Kenzie.

Kenzie’s passion for health and fitness started at a young age. She was a competitive swimmer and played many sports throughout her life. Starting at age 12, Kenzie started a battle with an eating disorder that would go on for many years. She was able to positively use health and fitness for her recovery and to live a healthier and happier life. This shaped her interest in fitness and her drive towards her career as a social media fitness influencer. Kenzie also has a great interest in helping inspire and motivate others to work steadily towards their goals. She cannot wait to work with all of you and help you work towards something you’re truly proud of.
