  • Are your programs for beginners?

    These programs are designed for people of all levels. For beginners, try using lighter weight or body weight as well as taking longer breaks. If you’re more advanced try increasing weight and giving every workout your max effort.

  • Can you buy a guide internationally?

    Yes both my bands & programs can be purchased from anywhere!

  • Do the guides expire?

    No, once they are sent to you they are yours forever!

  • Do the at home guides require equipment?

    The at home programs are designed to be done with my resistance bands, however they can also be done without.

  • How do I receive my program?

    The programs are all sent to the email your provided immediately after purchasing. If you did not receive it or need to have it sent to a different email please contact us.

  • Can I do more than one guide at once?

    Some guides can be combined with another, example: booty guide and ab guide as they are working on different muscle groups. I would not combine a full body gym or at home guide with another guide.

  • What’s the difference with customized training?

    Customized training offers an 8 week workout guide tailored to your current fitness level and goals. This also includes weekly check ins with Kenzie to ensure you’re on the right track.
